  2. Whenever possible, we will be available by phone. We use an online phone system, so the messages can be picked up anywhere. We are doing our best to help you make sure you have what you need during this time. At every insurance carrier, our usual broker support team and, your customer service teams are working from home and reaching them can take hours.

  3. Be certain your premiums are paid for each month and that you have your ID cards. We will have a very difficult time getting any policy reinstated in the next few months.
